Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read more about us. We are a family business, founded by Dr. Shifan Maqshood as a medical student in 2018 in Astrakhan, Russia. We shifted CHEFCURRY_S virtual restaurant and Nutrition & Meal planning to Sri Lanka in 2022. We wanted HEALTH & NUTRITION CO. to be something unique and all-encompassing, so we created a one-stop resource center for healthy living. A place where OUR clients could come in for meals, nutrition and medical health advice, supplements, and fitness so that they would have all of the tools necessary to take their life back and own their time again.

We took the one on one approach so that everyone that comes in knows there is a team behind them helping them make their dreams happen. By simply listening, we help you create the most effective meal prep plan ever. By following this creative concept, we now work with a network of training facilities across Sri Lanka.

Now, the business is operated and managed by dedicated family members who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the community. We consist of a Medical Professional with an MBBS(Russia) & BSc in nutrition(Belarus), a Pastry Chef, an Amateur Chef and a Fitness student. We are passionate about your health, nutrition, and happiness. Throughout the years, our focus has always remained consistent; helping people lose weight, identify food sensitivities, and improve nutrition through meal plans, counseling, and advice.
