HOW MANY DELIVERIES WILL I GET?

Each week there is a new set of meals that will be delivered.
DO YOU DELIVER?

Call 0729727800 to check if we deliver to your specific city. We deliver inside Kurunegala city limits via PICKME delivery. *Minimum Delivery Charge: LKR 150
HOW LONG IS THE PLAN?

The plans run for a minimum of 2 weeks and go as long as you’d like.
CAN I PICK UP MY MEALS?

ESSENCE CORNER No 42C, Negambo rd, Kurunegala. CRICKET PRO SPORT No 17A, Negambo rd, Kurunegala. Pick up at any of our hubs free of charge. Pick Up Hubs: Time Varies by Location
CAN I JUST ORDER ONE WEEK’S WORTH OF MEALS TO TRY?

Our program cycles in 28 day increments to offer the best results, BUT a weeks meal prep can be arranged on special request.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

Home Deliveries are delivered no later than 7PM on Sunday
HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept payments made by Online payment, or Cash payment.
WHAT IF I DISLIKE MANY INGREDIENTS?

You can choose up to 5 items to remove from your ingredients list. There will be a small fee that applies per additional ingredient that's not in our list.
I ALREADY HAVE A PLAN MY TRAINER WROTE FOR ME. CAN YOU GUYS MAKE IT TO THEIR SPECIFICATIONS?

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE PLANS?

Yes, we have that as an option.
IS THERE A MENU?

We have a weekly rotating menus. To make it easier, we provide you with a list of ingredients to indicate allergies and disliked foods which we will go over during your free basic consultation.
CAN I SELECT A PALEO DIET PLAN?

Yes, we have that as an option.
IS THERE A CONSULTATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLAN?

A consultation is recommended but not necessary to get started. We offer a complimentary basic consultation to discuss your health goals to customize a nutrition plan. But for specific meal plans and nutrition goals our nutrition guides are available for consults. You can also bypass the consultation and directly submit your order.
I ORDERED A BULK ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

Bulk orders are ready for pick up or delivery on Sundays.
